- EZGO Technologies ( NASDAQ: EZGO ) entered into a definitive securities purchase agreement with ten purchasers, each an unrelated third party to the company, to issue and sell 18M shares with a par value of $0.001/share at purchase price of $0.80/share for total purchase price of $14.4M.
- Net proceeds expected to be ~$14.3M; to be used for funding the growth of its business in China, mainly working capital, and for general corporate purposes, as well as to acquire or invest in technologies, products and/or businesses.
- Shares trading 12.7% down premarket.
