• Asset manager Fiera Capital ( OTCPK:FRRPF ) ( TSX: FSZ:CA ) appointed Founder and Executive Chairman Jean-Guy Desjardins CEO, effective immediately.
• Desjardins succeeds Jean-Philippe Lemay.
• Additionally, John Valentini has been appointed executive director, president and CEO of the private markets platform.
• Jean Michel has been appointed executive director, president and chief investment officer of the public markets platform. Also, Peter Stock has been appointed executive director and president of the private wealth platform.
• Lucas Pontillo is appointed executive director and CFO, while Gabriel Castiglio is appointed executive director and chief legal officer.
• The additional appointments are also effective immediately.
