IPOS - Fire pit maker Solo Stove is said to plan for IPO this year
Mila Naumova/iStock via Getty Images Fire pit maker Solo Stove is said to be planning for an initial public offering this year, which may value the company at more than a $1B. The company is asking advisors to pitch them for a role in an IPO, according to a Bloomberg report. Private equity firm Bertram Capital announced an investment in Solo Stove in September 2019. The potential IPO follows several other companies in the space all looking to do IPOs including barbecue makers Weber (WEBR) and Traeger (COOK). Earlier this week, SPAC Velocity Acquisition (VELO) rose on report of a deal with Eli, Peyton Manning backed-BBQGuys.
