CA - G6 Materials announces share consolidation

- G6 Materials ( OTCQB:GPHBF ) to consolidate its issued and outstanding common shares in the ratio of 1 for 10 shares, effective July 12, 2023.
- The shares will continue to trade on the TSX-V under its current symbol "GGG" and current name “G6 Materials Corp.”
- The consolidation to reduce number of issued and outstanding shares from 163,679,193 shares to ~16,367,919 post-consolidation Shares.
- The exercise or conversion price and the number of common shares issuable under any of G6’s outstanding convertible securities will be proportionately adjusted upon the completion of the consolidation.
