- GlobalBlock Digital Asset Trading Limited ( OTCPK:BLVDF ) said on Friday that it had closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for proceeds of C$300,000.
- The company issued 6M equity units at a price of C$0.05/unit in connection with the private placement.
- BLVDGF plans to use the proceeds from the offering to look for businesses to acquire or combine with after it had completed its proposed disposition of its digital asset broker business.
