Golden Minerals ( NYSE: AUMN ) said its shareholders approved a 1-for-25 reverse stock split . On February 24, the board approved a reverse stock split to be effected at a ratio of between 1-for-2 shares and 1-for-25 shares. This will reduce the number of issued and outstanding shares from ~178M shares to ~7.1M. The reverse stock split will become effective on Friday, June 9, at 12:01 am EDT. For further details see:
