I believe the shares of Goosehead Insurance (GSHD) are grossly overpriced. I will explain how the company has a large minority interest that is often overlooked, by briefly going over the history of its IPO. Furthermore, I will dig deep into the fundamentals of the underlying business and explain why I think the company has no sustainable competitive advantage.
