GRBK - Green Brick Partners prices $50M depositary shares offering

Green Brick Partners (NYSE:GRBK) has priced its public offering of 2M depositary shares at $25.00/share, raising gross proceeds of $50M. Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 300K depositary shares. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate and working capital purposes, including expansion of the business, repayment of debt. The Company’s depositary shares are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “GRBK PRA” within 30 days of the closing date of this offering, if approved.
