Helen of Troy ( NASDAQ: HELE ) on Wednesday announced the resignation of CFO Matt Osberg, effective April 27, 2023.
Osberg has decided to pursue another opportunity, accepting a position closer to his family in Minnesota, the company said.
Brian Grass, retired CFO of the company, is expected to join as SVP, assistant CFO on March 21, 2023, and will become interim CFO beginning April 28, 2023.
The company will begin an immediate national search for a new CFO.
