UAL - Hilary now a post-tropical cyclone flood warnings still in place

Hilary has diminished to a post-tropical cyclone on Monday after the storm unleashed flash floods in Southern California on Sunday and barreled through Mexico's Baja California peninsula.
A post-tropical cyclone no longer has enough tropical characteristics to be considered a tropical cyclone, but can still cause heavy rains and high winds.
Hilary will likely fully dissipate later on Monday, but heavy rainfall is expected to continue. All tropical storm warnings have been discontinued, although flood watches remain in place from Southern California to northern Idaho.
"Areas that normally do not experience flash flooding will flood," the National Weather Service said. "Lives and property are in great danger through Monday."
As of Sunday morning, over 500 flights were delayed or canceled, including those from Southwest ( LUV ), American Airlines ( AAL ), Delta Air Lines ( DAL ) and United Airlines ( UAL ).
Multiple Southern California parks and theme parks were also shut on Sunday - including Disneyland, Legoland and SeaWorld San Diego. Most of them resumed operations on Monday.
Separately, Southern California also experienced a 5.1 magnitude earthquake, although there were no immediate reports of damage.
