HYLN - Hyliion CEO says the company is playing the long game
Hyliion Holdings ([[HYLN]] +3.8%) is one of the leading gainers in the electric vehicle sector today without any particular news or filings out from the company. Shares are still down 47% YTD. Hyliion has avoided some of the drama that surrounded EV truck peer Nikola and CEO Thomas Healy is telling employees to strap in for the long term. "To be worrying about the share price day in and day out is not the right focus," he told FreightWaves in a recent interview. "It’s a longer-term play here. And ultimately staying head down and accomplishing things is what’s going to make the company successful," he added. Hyliion trades below its 10-day, 50-day, 100-day and 200-day moving averages.
