HYZN - Hyzon Motors receives Nasdaq notice on failure to file earnings report
- Hyzon Motors ( NASDAQ: HYZN ) received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq over a failure to yet file its earnings report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Jun. 30.
- The stock exchange's listing rules require listed companies to timely file all required periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
- The fuel cell electric mobility company needs to submit a plan within 60 calendar days from Aug. 16, or no later than Oct. 14, which addresses how it intends to regain compliance with the listing rules.
- Nasdaq may grant an extension of up to 180 calendar days from the Form 10-Q original filing due date, or until Feb. 13, 2023, to regain compliance.
