  • IM Cannabis ( NASDAQ: IMCC ) has received a written notification from the Nasdaq, that the Co. is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Rules for continued listing on Nasdaq.
  • To regain compliance, the Co.'s common shares must have a closing bid price of at least $1 for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days.
  • In the event the Co. does not regain compliance by October 9, 2023, the Co. may be eligible for additional time to regain compliance or may face delisting.
