Intact Financial Corporation ( TSX: IFC:CA ) announced that a normal course issuer bid authorized by its Board to purchase for cancellation during the next 12 months up to 5,349,626 common shares has been approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Under the Company's NCIB during the preceding 12-month period, a maximum of 5,257,709 common shares were approved for purchase and the company purchased 2,000 common shares for $193.33.
