  • Intact Financial ( OTCPK:IFCZF ) said Thursday it priced a $500M private offering of 5.459% senior unsecured notes due 2032.
  • Net proceeds will be used to repay at maturity the entire outstanding aggregate principal amount of Intact U.S. Holdings' 4.6% senior notes due 2022.
  • Remaining proceeds may be used for debt repayment and general corporate purposes.
  • The offering is expected to close on Sept. 22.
