- InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (IIP.UN:CA) ( OTC:IIPZF ) has received approval from the TSX for a normal course issuer bid commencing on May 23, 2023 up to and including May 22, 2024.
- Under the terms of the bid, the company may purchase up to 13.58M trust units (representing ~10% of the REIT’s public float of 135.82M units).
- For the previous bid effective May 16, 2022, the REIT sought and received approval to purchase up to 13.36M trust units of which none were repurchased.
