The company has officially received notice of the status change from the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC. The notice confirmed that Mullen regained compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and will continue to be listed and traded on the NASDAQ Capital Market. The announcement also noted that the NASDAQ Hearings Panel has given the company until March 8, 2024, to demonstrate compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5620(a), which is the annual shareholder meeting requirement.
