Healthcare services fertility company INVO Bioscience ( NASDAQ: INVO ) on Friday priced each unit at $2.85 under its public offering of 1.6 million units.
A unit consists of one share of common stock and two warrants, each to purchase one share of common stock.
Gross proceeds are expected to be about $4.5 million, the company said.
