Jefferies (NYSE: NYSE: JEF ) has priced its public offering of $1 billion of 5.875% senior notes due 2028, according to a press release from Tuesday.
The notes have an effective yield of 6.007% and will mature on July 21, 2028.
The offering is expected to settle on July 21, 2023.
The net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of its 1.000% Euro medium-term notes due July 19, 2024.
