CA - Journey Energy provides 2023 guidance extends debt payment date with AIMCo

Journey Energy ( TSX: JOY:CA ) ( OTCQX:JRNGF ) said Monday it expects 2023 average daily sales volume of 12,500 to 13,000 boe/d.

Adjusted funds flow for 2023 is expected to be C$75 million - C$78 million, or C$1.24 to C$1.29 per basic weighted average share.

The company expects to spend C$63 million as capital expenditures for 2023, and expects it net debt by year end to be around C$65 million - C$68 million.

Additionally, the company and AIMCo have agreed to extend its C$24.7 million term debt repayment that was originally due on October 31, 2023 to April 30, 2024.
