  • The judge who is presiding over the Federal Trade Commission's attempt to to block Microsoft's ( NASDAQ: MSFT ) $69 billion acquisition of Activision ( NASDAQ: ATVI ) could rule as soon as next week.
  • The judge has called for findings of fact by June 30 leading some to believe that U.S District Judge Jacqueline S. Corley could rule in the case as soon as next week, according to CNBC's David Faber. Thursday is the final day of the scheduled 5-day trial.
  • On Wednesday Microsoft ( MSFT ) CEO Satya Nadella and Activision ( ATVI ) CEO Bobby Kotick are expected to testify in the trial.
