Kinsale Capital Group ( NYSE: KNSL ) has priced its underwritten public offering of 155,000 shares of common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $48.4M.
The underwriter have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 23,250 shares of common stock.
Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including to fund organic growth.
The offering is expected to close on November 15, 2022.
