KTOS - Kratos rallies on receiving $86M U.S. army contract for unmanned drone command
Kratos Defense & Security Solutions' (KTOS) subsidiary Micro Systems, also the part of its unmanned systems division, has secured a ~$86M U.S. Army contract for ground aerial drone command and target control systems.The contract includes a $60.7M base and two options totalling ~$25.3M, to support the army's ground-based infrastructure including software updating, cyber security inspections and installation of replacement parts.Stock up 4% in premarket trading session.The move adds up to the stock's recent gains after Cathie Wood's Ark Invest launched space exploration ETF, which is due to start trading from tomorrow, i.e. April 6.
