LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and Zynga (ZNGA) co-founder Mark Pincus are nearing a deal to merge their SPAC Reinvent Technology Partners (RTP) with flying taxi developer Joby Aviation, the FT reported.The deal will values the company $5.7bn, the FT said, citing people familiar.Reinvent Technology is finalizing financing for the transaction and an agreement may be announced this month, though it could still fall apart if additional financing isn't secured.Archer Aviation, another flying taxi developer agreed yesterday to go public via a SPAC deal withy Atlas Crest Investment Corp.
