• Loblaw Companies ( OTCPK:LBLCF ) entered into an automatic share purchase plan with a broker for facilitating repurchases of its shares under its earlier announced normal course issuer bid.
• The company earlier announced that it had received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to, during the 12-month period starting May 5, 2022 to purchase up to 16.7M shares representing ~5% of the 332.9M shares issued and outstanding as of Apr.21, 2022.
