- Loblaw ( OTCPK:LBLCF ) has entered into an automatic share purchase plan with a broker to facilitate repurchases of up to 16.05M common shares, representing ~5% of the 321.1M common shares issued and outstanding as of April 21, 2023, under its previously announced normal course issuer bid.
- Toronto Stock Exchange had earlier accepted normal course issue bid for 12-month period commencing May 5, 2023 and terminating May 4, 2024
