RIDE - Lordstown and Fisker lead strong day for EV sector while Lucid tips Nasdaq debut
The electric vehicle is having another solid day with Lordstown Motors ([[RIDE]] +26.0%), Nikola ([[NKLA]] +7.3%), XL Fleet ([[XL]] +12.4%), Electrameccanica Vehicles ([[SOLO]] +5.1%), Fisker ([[FSR]] +9.9%), Workhorse Group ([[WKHS]] +9.5%) and Li Auto ([[LI]] +4.3%) all notably higher. Lordstown is attracting the most attention after setting a June date for factory tours, presentations and test drives. Meanwhile, Fisker announced a deal with car subscription service Onto. There is also some positive news out on Churchull Capital Corp IV ([[CCIV]] +5.8%) after Lucid Motors tweeted that it was coming to the Nasdaq under stock ticker LCID. Workhorse is higher on the day even with ARK Invest still in a selling mood on the name. Tesla ([[TSLA]] +1.5%) is up a bit on the day, but is still well below $600.
