Canadian natural resource company Mandalay Resources ( OTCQB:MNDJF ) has received TSX approval to initiate a normal course issuer bid to purchase up to 4,622,835 common shares in the 12-month period commencing Jan. 18, 2023.
As of Jan. 13, 2023, the company had 92,456,701 shares issued and outstanding. The bid will end on Jan. 17, 2024, which represents 5% of the issued and outstanding shares as of Jan. 13, 2023.
