MRMD - MariMed names ex-Ribbon Communications executive as CFO

MariMed (OTCQX:MRMD) appointed Susan Villare as CFO, effective May 12; also, Jon Levine was named to the new role of Chief Administration Officer. Mr. Levine co-founded MariMed with CEO Bob Fireman and led the company earlier in the CFO role/ With ~30 years of experience, Susan Villare most recently was the SVP, Financial Planning and Analysis and Treasurer for Ribbon Communications and has held CFO and other senior finance leadership positions for public and private companies.
