CA - Mayfair Gold to launch up to $6M shares offering

Mayfair Gold ( TSXV: MFG:CA ) ( OTCQX:MFGCF ) said on Tuesday it is set to launch up to $6M non-brokered private placement financing of up to 2.42M flow-through shares at $2.48 pr share.
The net proceeds will be used to further the mineral exploration company's exploration program at the Fenn-Gib gold project in the Timmins region of Ontario.
The offering is expected to close on or about May 10.
