• mCloud Technologies ( NASDAQ: MCLD ) receives Nasdaq notice that the company is no longer in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement as the price has been below $1.00 for a period of 30 consecutive business days.
• The company has been granted a period of 180 calendar days or until September 19, 2023 to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement.
• In the event the company does not regain compliance during the compliance period, the Company may be eligible for additional time.
