Meta Materials ( NASDAQ: MMAT ) on Tuesday said it had appointed Uzi Sasson as CFO and chief operating officer, replacing Ken Rice.
According to MMAT, Sasson has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance, SEC and regulatory compliance, accounting and tax analysis and other financial fields.
Sasson joins MMAT from Katena Computing Technologies, a privately held computing technology design and manufacturing company.
