Mydecine Innovations ([[MYCOF]] +2.1%) enters into an agreement with Canaccord Genuity, pursuant to which Canaccord agrees to purchase, on a bought deal basis an aggregate of 20M units of the company at a price of C$0.50 per unit; gross proceeds of C$10M.Underwriter's option to purchase up to an additional 3M units.Net proceeds to invest in additional clinical trials, for expansion of its intellectual property portfolio, continued development of its drug pipeline, expanded research and development partnerships and initiatives and for general working capital purposes.
