- Nevada Zinc Corporation ( TSXV: NZN:CA ) plans to raise up to $500,000 in non-brokered private placement financing, according to a press release from Wednesday.
- The company will issue up to 12,500,000 units at $0.04 per unit.
- Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.
- Each warrant is exercisable for a common share at $0.10.
- The net proceeds are expected to be used to fund the Lone Mountain Zinc Project and for general corporate and working capital purposes.
