  • NFI Group ( OTCPK:NFYEF ) on Friday provided an update on proposed amendments to its credit facilities.
  • NFI expects to lower the revolver capacity from $1.25 billion to $1.0 billion, and the UK facility from £50 million to £40 million.
  • The revolver currently has a $250 million minimum liquidity requirement, which would be reduced to $25 million.
  • Revolver matures on August 2, 2024 and under the proposed amendments, the UK facility would mature on June 30, 2023.
