Nisun International Enterprise Development Group ( NASDAQ: NISN ) said on Friday that the supply chain solutions provider has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.
The company had received a May 26 Nasdaq letter on the delisting of its securities over a failure to satisfy the stock exchange's minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 or higher.
The stock exchange noted that the matter is now closed.
