NorthEast Community Bancorp ( NASDAQ: NECB ) has authorized a new stock repurchase program to acquire up to 1,509,218 shares, or 10%, of the currently issued and outstanding common stock.
The company completed the first stock repurchase program at a cost of $22.8 million or $13.93 per share.
