CA - Northstar secures C$8.75M credit to finance project in Calgary

Northstar Clean Technologies ( TSXV: ROOF:CA ) ( OTCQB:ROOOF ) has entered into a credit agreement for project financing of up to C$8.75 million in non-revolving senior secured debt.
The company has secured financing from the Business Development Bank of Canada.
The net proceeds from the financing will be used for the development and construction of its planned asphalt shingle reprocessing facility in Calgary, Alberta.
