- Numinus Wellness ( OTCQX:NUMIF ) appoints Nikhil Handa as Chief Financial Officer replacing John Fong, who will be stepping down effective at the end of day today to focus on family health matters.
- Nikhil Handa will assume CFO role, effective June 15, 2023.
- Mr. Fong will remain involved with the Company during the incoming CFO transition period to ensure a seamless transfer of responsibilities.
- Most recently, Mr. Handa was CFO at The Supreme Cannabis Company, where he led finance, investor relations and corporate development.
