Energy storage and charging solutions company Nxu ( NASDAQ: NXU ) on Wednesday announced the pricing for its offering of 16.6 million units for $0.30 per unit.
Each unit is defined as one share of Class A common stock and one common warrant, with each warrant exercisable for two shares of Class A common stock at $0.30/share.
The company said it intends to use proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
