On the call today, we have OneSoft's CEO, Dwayne Kushniruk; CFO, Paul Johnston; and President and COO, Brandon Taylor. This call is being recorded.

Good morning, and welcome to everyone on the call. I have a few remarks before Paul Johnston reviews financial information followed by Brandon Taylor, who will discuss operational highlights during fiscal 2023, and then we'll wrap up the call by addressing investor questions.
