SPY - PAVE: This Infrastructure ETF Has Not Worked Out As Expected

Back in early April, I suggested investors buy the Global X Infrastructure ETF as a way to benefit from the Biden administration's "American Jobs Plan."
The AJP finally passed with bi-partisan support, yet the PAVE ETF has underperformed the S&P by ~5% since that article was published.
As a result, and to simplify my portfolio, I am going to sell this ETF and move the proceeds into other existing broad market funds in my portfolio.
