PDSB - PDS Biotechnology gives new CFO ~202K stock grant

PDS Biotechnology (PDSB) has announced an inducement grant of ~202k stock options to Seth Van Voorhees, its newly appointed CFO, vesting over four years with one-quarter of the shares vesting on the first anniversary of the grant date and then monthly over the following 36 months, subject to continued employment with the company through the applicable vesting dates.Each option has an exercise of $2.28 (the Nasdaq closing price when granted, on Jan.04).Shares are down 3.3% PM.
