PIPR - Piper Sandler closes on acquisition of restructuring firm TRS Advisors

Piper Sandler Companies (PIPR) completes its acquisition of TRS Advisors, a firm focused on advising and executing restructurings, reorganizations, and other complex financial transactions for public, private, and governmental clients.Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.TRS Advisors will operate as Piper Sandler's restructuring group and will be led by TRS founder Todd R. Snyder.The acquired firm has 12 bankers, including five managing directors.
