Pluristem Therapeutics (TXMD) shares are up more than 7% after an injection of €20M of funding (~$24M) from the European Investment Bank ("EIB").The disbursement is the first of three tranches of funding released due to meeting a milestone.The funds, which Pluristem expects to receive next month, will go towards R&D to advance its proprietary regenerative cell therapy platform.In April 2020, the EIB approved a €50M financing package for the company.
