Good afternoon, everyone and thank you once again, for taking the time to join us today as we provide an overview of recent business highlights and discuss our first quarter 2024 financial results. Joining me for the call today are Mr. Andrew Sims, our Chief Financial Officer and Dr. Norman LaFrance, our Chief Medical Officer.
