POETF - POET Technologies undertakes 10-for-1 consolidation for Nasdaq listing

POET Technologies (OTCQX:POETF) announced as the key next step in its Nasdaq listing process that it has determined to proceed with a 10-for-1 consolidation of its shares for meeting Nasdaq listing requirements and its own post-consolidation price target. The shares are expected to commence trading on Nasdaq ~7-10 days post consolidation; trading will commence under the symbol, "POET". The 364.97M shares currently issued and outstanding will be reduced to ~36.5M shares on a post-consolidation basis.
