PBTS - Powerbridge Technologies announces 1-for-30 share consolidation

• Powerbridge Technologies ( NASDAQ: PBTS ) on Thursday said its closing a share consolidation of its common shares at a ratio of 1:30, effective June 8, 2023, to regain Nasdaq listing compliance.
• Beginning on June 9, 2023, the company's common shares will trade on the Nasdaq on a split-adjusted basis, under the same symbol "PBTS" but with a new CUSIP Number, G72007118.
• On account of share consolidation, every thirty shares of the Company's issued and outstanding ordinary shares will be automatically consolidated into one new ordinary share.
• Shares of PBTS are down 0.9% in premarket trading on Thursday.
