POAI - Predictive Oncology announces 1-for-20 reverse stock split

- Predictive Oncology ( NASDAQ: POAI ) on Thursday said it would effect a 1-for-20 reverse stock split.
- The stock split will become effective on April 24.
- "The reverse stock split is primarily intended to bring the Company into compliance with the minimum bid price requirement to maintain the listing of the Company’s common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market," POAI said in a statement .
- POAI stock slipped 10.3% to $0.25 after hours.
