Qualcomm (QCOM) has told regulators around the world that's its opposed to Nvidia's (NVDA) $40b acquisition of chip designer Arm, CNBC reported, citing people familiar.Qualcomm has told the FTC, the European Commission, U.K.'s Competition and Markets Authority and China's antitrust regulator that it has issues with the Nvidia's Arm purchase.
